One of the last things Betsy did before she left at about 9:30 pm was help the girls get set with preparations for Peg's birthday dinner when she arrives home.
Items being served include the traditional birthday treats that were served at every birthday dinner in the Kerr household when Peg was growing up - flank steak and artichokes with hollandaise sauce.
Menu for tomorrow night that the girls will be serving:

Cheesy Potatoes
Artichokes with Hollandaise (Great-grandma Nana's recipe)
Whole wheat bread
Fresh raspberries
Tiramisu Cake
